A few days ago I was at the bus stop in the apartment complex and just happened to start chatting with these two girls, Erika and Frances. They were headed to Magic Kingdom and invited me to join them. We had an awesome time, we ate at the restaurant right next to "It's a Small World" so we could wave to all the kids on the ride while we ate. Then we saw the three o'clock parade, got pictures with the princesses, saw the Spectromagic light parade and then the fireworks show. So much fun.

We were greeted with this as we left for the park.

Mickey's garden is pretty awesome.
I love his pumpkins.

We felt pretty lame as we sat in line for princess picture. We were the only people in line without a child. We thought about kidnapping one, but we thought it might be better to be humiliated than go to prison.

I finally found a ride that is actually better at Magic Kingdom than Disneyland. The jungle cruise is really cool here, you get to go through this "ancient" temple and the guide was absolutely hilarious.

And one last castle shot.

Yesterday my roommate Becca and I went around the world at Epcot before work. It was so much fun, but unfortunately we forgot cameras. Especially because I found out that I can fit the little girl princess costumes and tried some on. But we got teriyaki and rice candy from Japan, went on the absolutely ridiculous ride in Norway, and tried on gigantic sombreros in Mexico.
I am still enjoying work, I am finally done with my cold and begining to enjoy the weather. 80 degrees and sunny today! I have Wednesday and Thursday off for some more park exploration. This time I promise to bring my camera!

Oh, it was nothing like Five Corners or anything. As soon as I get home I am getting apple cider at the Walnut and then we are going to Thai Cottage.

Actually, my manager told me that I could maybe get a character role and that I should audtition and stay for the summer. But don't you worry, I am coming home in May as planned. I'm having a great time, but I will be ready to come home.

80 degrees! Yes, thanks for rubbing it in. We got another dusting a few days ago so it looks like the snow will be sticking around. The temperatures here are hovering around freezing. Hopefully you won't get sick of the hot weather like I am tired of the snow!
